Septic shock perioperatively

this work has aimed at studing the problem of septic shock perioperatively.septic shock is defined as a state of micro-circulatory failure closely related to gram negative organisms.the condition arises usually in patients who are already in hospitals suffering from septicaemia.several precipitating factors share in the develop-ment of shock in those patients e.g diseases and drugs that lower immunity and irresponsible use of antibiotics.
