Anaesthesia in Open Heart Surgery

the aim of this study is to discuss the general principles of the anaesthetic management of open heart surgery.the study includes extracorporeal circulation, its indications, discription of the apparatus and technique, myocardial preservation, hypothermia and intraoperative management of coagulation.
