The most commonindication was the post-burn cicatrization. The patients were groupedasfollow:Group A: 35 patient with scalp defects.Group B: J5 patient with neck and lower face defects.Group C: 10 patients with face defects.For whom, 95 expander were implanted. 35 patients werereconstructed by 2 expanders while overiuflation was done in fortypatients.
