Urodynamic evaluation of ileal neobladder

Many Methods were innovated to offer functinal bladder substitution for patients whome had bladder cancer, and readical cystectomy is indicated. many surgical techniques by using the ileum in different lengths and configurations, tubularized and detubularized which have been chinically and experimentally discribed, from all continent bladder substitution, the ileal W neobladder is closely mimic the original bladder, this method was performed by (Hautmann; 1988 Over the period between 1991- 1995 this method was performed in urology uniteZagazig Universitythis study proved that this method of continent diversion offer an excellent method.
