this study was carried out on 78 cases divided into the following groups : group 1:6 apparently healthy individuals included as control group. group :20 children with b-thalassemia magor. group :12 patients with iron deficiency anemia. group :10 patients with chronic renal failure. group ;10 patients with anemia of chronic disorders. group :10 patients with cancer received chemotherapy. group :10 patients with cancer receeived radiotherapy.
