coagulation profile in thalassemic children

as thalasseemia is one of the commonest haemolytic anemia in the world this work was carried out in the pediatric department in zagazig university hospital in an attempt to find the disturbance in the haemostatic system,and illustarting an explanation for this disturbance which may be helpful in preventing and-or treating it and hence decreasing morbidity or more tality.
