Abstract:
hypertension is considered one of the most majoraesthiologist and hypertensive patients are more succeptable tomplications during or after operations than normotensive patients.This study was carried out in anaesthesiology and clinicalthology departments, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University. It dealtith hypertensi ve patients.It includes hundred hypertensive patients subjected to minor and~or surgical interference that required endotracheal intubation andscle relaxation, all patients aged 50 - 70 years and average weight 60’\The patients were classified into 5 main groups (each groupup 1 : Chronically treated hypertensive patients uncontrolled at thetime of operation.p 2 : Chronically treated hypertensive patients controlled at thetime of operation.
