Granulocyte- Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor gm-csf in leukaemias of Different Types

our results found elevated levels of gm-csf at diagnosis in myeloid leukaemia aml cml but no elevated levels were found in lymphocytic leukaemia all cll.levels of gm- csf showed marked decrease in myeloid leukaemia after chemotherapy but lower levels than control group was observed in aml only.no significant increase of gm csf levels was observed in lymphocytic leukaemia after chemotherapy.
