Abstract:
the blood pressure in normal person is varying usually from 100-145 m.mhg. systolic and 60-90 m.m.hg diastolic.the etiology of arterial hypertension can be classified into: a : primary-essential-hyptension. b: secondary hypertension due to renal diseases, endoerinal disorders, coarctation of the aorta, or enzymatic defects. the major derangment leading to arterial hypertension is an increase in peripheral vascular resistance or increase in cardiac output.
