Abstract:
the fibrinolytic activity and some representativehaemostatic and coagulation mechanisms were ex-patients undergoing elective surgical opera-one. They were 26 mals and ’4 females, divided into~o~s each group include ten patients. The patientsthe first group were anaesthetised with nitrous oxideOxygen supplemented with O.5-’~ halothane, of thend group anaesthetised with ether, of the third groupethetieed with halothane and of the fourth anaesthe-with a local anaesthetic by the epidural route.samples were obtained from each patient,was taken one day before the operation,tae used as control.
