This work was arranged for immunological study of post-cricoid carcinoma* Twenty cases (14 females and 6 males) with post- cricoid carcinoma were studied, their age ranges from 35 to 70 years old All cases were sUbjected to clinical exam~ and investigations to confirm the diagnosis and the his- topathology of carcinoma. Quantitative determination of serum immunoglobulins IgA, IgM & IgG) levels was done by using radial immunod- iffusion method both for sera obtained from cancer Cases and from 20 normal subjects of the same age groupThe present ~ork showed that poet-cr.1coid carcinoma is more comra.i)n in females than males wi th. a ratio of 2.3.1. Dysphagia. enlarged cervical lymph nodes, soreness in the throat, reffered pain to ear, local pain in the throat, hoarseness of voice and dyspnoea were the most commen presenting clinical feature.
