Abstract:
Demyelinating Polyneuropathy Encompasses ThosePNS Disoders where There Is Loss Of The My Elin Sheath Surrounding Nerve Axons. Demy Elination Occuts In A Segmental Or ”Patchy” Fashion, If The Loss Of Myelin Is Severe, Nerves May Be Unable To Conduct An Action Potential Known As Conduction Block It May Be Either Inherited As (Hereditary Motor And Sensory Neuropathy, Krabbes Disease, Metachromatic Leucody Stroph And Refsum Disease), Acquired As (Guillain-Barre Syndrome, Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Neuropathy, Multifocal Motor Demyelinting Neuropathy, Pure Motor Demy Elinating Neuropathy Amiodarone, Perexiline, And Hexacarbone).
