Abstract:
cutaneous ageing can be divded into two componets: intrinsic and extrinsic ageing. intrinsic or chronological agentices account for the age of oncet and susceptibility. it occurs in its pure from in non-exposed body areas. extrinsic ageing known also as photodamage is directly related to enviromental factors and occurs in habitually sun-exposed areas of the body. the distinction between intrinsic and extrinsic ageing can be based on both histological and clinical grounds.
