Abstract:
Many factors have been discussed in the pathophysiology of sinusitis i.e osteal patency,mucus porduction, ciliary function, the key role of anterior ethmoidal sinuses-middle meatus comlex,gas exchange, disturbed metabolism and disturbed immunological defence for som years, there has beenan awareness in the literature of enzyme dyfunction in the mucosa of the nose and paranasal sinuses.
