stroke is one of the most common causes of epilepsy ,particularly in the elderly.it may associated onset of stroke or may develop as a late manifestatation after onset.in order to determine the relationship between stroke and the related seizurres,we studied 150 stoke patients,66 males and 84females with ages ranging from 27 to 80 years.
