study of the level of selenium in childhood leukaemia

this work was carried out in the haematology unit,on 60 children,50 of them were leukaemic cases and 10 of them were healthy children as acontrol group, aiming to find relationship between the serum selenium level and the course of the leukaemia at intial diagnosis, remission and relapse.
