Blood calcium level and affective disorders

the study included 60 patients who were divided into 2 groups group A: comprised 30 patients with major depressive illness. group B: comprised 30 patients with current manic episode. the study also included a third group control group group C: comprised 30 volunteers who not have psychiatric illness in themselves or first degree relatives.
