Cytogenetic and haematological changes in down syndrome

the aim of this work was to study some haematoloical changes in down syndrome children and the chemotactic activity of their neutrophils.the present study present 15 cases diagnosed clinically as having down syndrome, their ages range from 1 to 5 years and another 15 healty children age and sex matched as control subgects.
