Haematological picture and histopathological changes of testes and accessory genital glands of albino rats injected experimentally with pgf2 alpha

there hundreds mature males albino rats, 250-275 gm body weight were used in this study. there were divided into six groups each of 50. the first group was kept as acontrol and ingected with 0,2 ml of saline daily. the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth groups were ingected with prostaglandin f2 alpha (pgf2a) in does 10,20,50,75, and 125 ug respectively.
