Abstract:
The biological significance of hla complex in man lies not only in its preeminent role in affection allograft survival, but also in the control of large mumbers of biologically important phenomena, including immune response which is controlled by immune response gene (munro and woldman,1978). The relationship of hla system with dermatologic diseases present unique opportunities for the clinical dermatologists because they deal directly with the cellular events and mechanisms in understanding the diseases that confront them.
