areview of the literature concerning two parts the first is about what is leprosy as history, epid-emiology, bacteriology, and immunity, then some points in short about lepromin test, lepra reaction and incupation period as well as onset and course. the second part in review is about leprotic neuropathy in details.Begining with histology of peripheral nerve,blood supply of peripheral nerves, changes in blood vessels of peripheral nerves in leprosy during lepra reaction.
