considerable controversy still exists in the early management of patients with spinal cord injuriers.this is because of the uncertainty that removal of a compressive lesion will improve the neurological recovery.recently, ct has been found to be more helpfull to resolve at least some components of the therapeutic dilemmas faced in spinal cord injuries.
