Abstract:
The aim ofthe work:• Determination ofLDH, B2 micro-globulin and CAl25 in newly detectedcases ofaggressive NHLs.• Evaluation of the Response and toxicity of 14 Days CHOP protocol inchemotherapy of newly detected cases of aggressive NHLs.• Estimation of the levels of LDH, B2 microglobulin and CA125 and itsrelation to the response to 14 days CHOP protocol.All patients were subjected to complete history, completephysical examination, staging ”according to Ann Arbor stagingsystem”, routine laboratory investigation and evaluation of LDH,B2-microglobulin and CA125 by enzyme- linked immunosorbentassay.All patients were treated with 14-days CHOP protocol andreevaluated for response after four cycles, responding patientscontinued for eight cycles then toxicity was evaluated according toWHO toxicity scale.
