Endoscopic Endomasal Dacryocystorhinostomy

This study was done to evaluate the results of endonasal approach ofDacryocystorhinostomy (OCR) using the rigid endoscope for treatment of chronic epiphora due to obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct. This study was carried out on 20 lacrimal systems of 20 patientssuffering from epiphora due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction. The patients were collected from the Ophthalmology and ENT Outpatient Clinics of Zagazig University Hospital in the period from October 2003 to February 2005.
