Comparative study between late results of percutaneous lithotripsy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treatment of kidney stones

from our study, we conclude:1-both eswl and pcnl are revolutionary tools in stone management with minimal complications,shorter hospitalization and cost effectiveness.2-eswl is ideal as a monotherapy for single stone, less than 2 cm,located in the renal pelvis;with nodistal obstruction.
