Affection Of Upper Urinary Tract Kidney And Ureter In Cases Of Cystocele

THIS WORK WAS DONE IN ZAGAZIG UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL DURING 4 YEARS 1975 -1980 THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO FIND EFFECT OF from THE RADIOLOGICAL POINT OF VIEWThe aim of this study is to find the effect ofCystocele on the upper urinary tract (Kidney and ureters)from the radiological point of view.The work included 90 patients, 10 normal female~th primary sterility as n control group. 80 patientswith different degrees of cystocele. which were classifiedas followsl20 patients with mild degree of cystocele.20 patients with moderate degree of cystocele~40 patients with advanced degree of cystocele.The following studies were done:1- Clinical and gynaeoologioal examination.11- Urine analysis.111- Radiological examination which included:Normal skiagrams.Intravenous urography using a double dose ofuro graf in 76 %.1V- Classifioation of oystocele to three degrees. 1st.2ndand third, acoording to the desoent of the bladdebase in relation to the symphysis pubis.
