Eczema is amagor prpblem in dermatology. This is due to the multifactorial aetiology, waning and waxing course and lack of diagnostic features . the present study was conducted to evaluate the role of humoral immunity by quantitative estimation of imminoglobulins using the methoh of gel immunodiffusion , bncb and battery patch testing were used to assess the state of cell mediated immunity and to reveal contactants which may exaggerate the picture of dermatitis.
