in this work the effect of dinitrochlorobenzene in treatment of persistent cases of alopecia areata was stu-died. persistent cases of alopcia areate could be consider-ed as afailure of immune function with relative deficiency of t-cell function. such patients, suffering from apersis- tent cases of alopecia areata, might benefit from apersis-tent cases of alopecia areata, might benefit from augment-tation of their t-lymphocyte pool and then stimulation of immune system, by dncb sensitization and challenge.
