Abstract:
during normal pregnancy serum copper level increases to more t har, clOil”ulG 1. c s level Ln the ncn-pr-egnant women. The maximal level is reached at term. Serum iron decreases continuously during pregnancy. he minimal level is reached at term. Blood haenloglobin level decreases during pregnancy ntil it reaches its minimal level some weeks before term, hen it rises slightly till term. The relation between iron and haemoglobin decreasen one hand, and copper increase in the other seeos to be ofo significance because the individual variations do noto in parallel, while the relation between blood haemo-lobin level and serum iron is a positive one in most ofhe cases.
