Abstract:
The aims of this study were : Communicable diseases pose a major threat to public health and, are of significant concern to community health nurses. A number of infectious diseases can now be controlled by immunization (Allender and Spradly, 2005).Children are the most vulnerable groups to infectious disease, and child infections demand rapid and effective treatment. The infant or child with an immature or compromised immune system is at increased risk for developing life threatening complications.1] To assess nurse’s performance in the cold chain.2] To assess nurse’s performance throughout vaccination session.3] To identify the obstacles and constrains facing them.
