Abstract:
THE INTEGRATING PROCESS WITH TIME DELAY (IPTD) IS THE MOST FREQUENTLY ENCOUNTERED TYPE OF INTEGRATING PROCESSES IN INDUSTRY . IT IS MOST COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH LEVEL CONTROL PROBLEMS . IN THESIS TWO METHODS FOR THE CONTROL OF IPTD PROCESS ARE SUGGESTED .THE FIRST METHOD IS BASED ON THE PID CONTROL,WHICH IS SUITABLE WHEN THE PROCESS PARAMETERS ARE FIXED . THE SECOND METHOD IS BASED ON ADAPTIVE CONTROL....
