Finite element application on cascade problems

The solution of quasi-three dimensional flow problem in turbomachinery consists of tow parts .The first part is the solution over the blade surface in terms of the m-0 coordinates . The second part is the solution over the meridional surface in terms of the r-z coordinates . Next , an iterative procedure between the solutions over the two surfaces is followed to obtain an accurate solution .
