The prefabrication housing industry <in Egypt j 5 facing many problems and obstacles that hinderits effective efficiency.research are to identify,The objectivesoft.heanalyze and evaluate theobstacles and problems facingthisindustryreachsome practical feasible recommendations thatwould be effect.ive in solving the problems.The study is conducted for thePrefabricationbased on MCS’Sl microcontroller and supporting software running underPC Windows.The system is targeted for developing fuzzy logic based systemand it supports fuzzy logic design, evaluation, knowledge file generatorand downloading process to the target hardware via RS-232 serialcommunication. Optimization methods are used to produce efficient codethat runs faster and uses less memory space in the target hardware.The system was tested on various practical Fuzzy InferenceSystems (FIS) like ”Fuzzy channel equalizer”, ”Rapid Battery Chargers”,and ”Automatic Focusing System”. The system speeds up the designprocess of FIS by integrating the software and hardware into simplepackage with the ability to simulate the system function on PC or in realapplication.
