Total quality control in construction industries

The rapid increase in the number of heavy construction projects in Egyptcombined with many contractors on single project made it necessary toestablish a standard total quality control system.The quality control system is considered very important in the field ofconstruction industry. It is of much benefit to both the contractor and the ownerfor maintaining quality of construction. Because concrete is the basic elementin all construction contracts as well as the basic formula for any building;control is of great importance for ensuring the building safety and obtaininghigh quality concrete. ’This research aims for examining and analyzing concrete quality controlsystems at construction in Egypt sites.
