The system has to be easily operated bythe users. It also must be used for variety of castings inspite ofthere shape or material.A system has been developed to be used with ferrous and non-ferrous castings. It also can be used with castings of simpleand/or complex geometric shapes. The introduced system has tobe run under Windows, which gives many facilities. It also candeal with castings drawings through AutoCAD software. Thestudy also introduces an extensive thermal analysis of risers.The results of this analysis is used by the system to makeaccurate riser design at any case of risering.IV
