Abstract:
The need for the present study was indicated, to introduce a method ofconstructural allotting, for evaluating tenders, as a step for identifying deficiency.this necessitates introducing more balance in formulating contracts, and removing ambiguity to set a definite framework of the relationship between parties, as a step for closing loopholes that cause deficiency, for paving the way for future projectsdue to the lack of previous analytical or applied researches in this field. Thepresent research is a new attempt for setting a borderline for evaluation. Theresearch is a descriptive and analytical one. Its steps can be summarized in the form of questions that can be dealt with through the theoretical .. analytical ..investigation .. and analyzing them and drawing conclusions and steps forpresenting a method of contractual evaluation for letting architectural projects. The research deals with contractual allotting, with a review of the most important contracts applied at the local level and the various countries applying for both the traditional contract... project management contract ... design and managementcontract ... design and building contract ... management contract ... and building contract .applied through various methods for executing projects. The traditional method ... The American method, The Canadian method, and the British method which are applied in many advanced countries and their role in overcoming any deficiency in executing projects ,and varied activities that constitute their stagestogether with a knowledge of the intellectual content of the stages ,surrounded by a group of variables affecting them and are affected by them. from the primarystages ,the Architect faces a group of problems that limit the continuedeffectiveness of execution . such as the ambiguity of design vision representing the actual need of the construct leading to a delay in both the design and execution s~ages , which is a deficiency that limits the effectiveness of applying contractdocuments according to measurement standards ( technical ... contractual ...financial) between parties , which results in many impairments that affect the continuity and employment of capital turnover.
