Abstract:
In developed countries, the training process is viewed as an investment on which anadequate return rate is expected. Regardless of the entity undertaking the process, thecost-benefit ratio is a pre-requisite for initiating the process in almost every case.In the developing countries, the process of training is viewed as a time/moneyconsuming activity with no expected revenue. This view had resulted in the randomnessand negligence characterizing the process handling.Egypt, being one country at the top of the developing country classification, hasbeen taking steps towards establishing an institutional base for training. The effortsexerted in this field are adopted by a governmental agency, the Ministry of AdministrationDevelopment (M.AD), and some large public entities. The main hurdle to the fosteringand proliferation of this vital process is, the lack suffered in personal who possess therequired skills.1-2 Study Objectives:The main objective of the study is to establish a remedy course of action to increase the potential of the local industry and to strengthen the local efforts exercised throughtackling one of the most influencing factors, the construction management skills. The plan should cover aspects in connection to short, medium, and long term requirements of development
