Torisonal analysis of 2 Axis trailer chassis

-The problem of the design of trailers is difficult since thedriver in Egypt tends to overload the trailer and also due tobad roads. This problem may be solved by two methods.Considering the loads and the excitation forces due tothe bad roughnes of the road as static load on theframe. Then applying the bending and torsion equationsfor the frame we can estimate the requi red section atany point to cover both strength and deflection.Dividing the frame into small elements to utilize thefinite element technique.Since the steel frame of the trailer is designed fromuniform steel sections therefore the application of finitetechnique is a lengthy work which can be easi li ty overcomedby the normal strength and deflection analysis.In this work the analysis of statically indeterminatebar system is used the force method analysis, for the differ-ent parts of the frame.
