Abstract:
For its importance and technical application aspects, ferrites are the subject of many articles and reports. Recently ferrites have been involved in the new branch of the so-called nanotechnology. Besides, nanoferrites have potential application in many fNanoferrites system of Mn1-x Znx Fe2O4 with 0 X 1.were synthesized through a coprecipitation technique. The optimum conditions for an exchange reaction between solutions of chlorides were achieved. Stoichiometric single phase spinel of Mn1-x Znx Fe2O4 witTo characterize the ferrite, the electrical conductivity AC and DC, dielectric constants and initial permeability were measured against temperature over a wide range of frequency from 0 up to 5 MHz.According to the electrical conductivity, the CNCP samples of Mn1-x Znx Fe2O Ferrite behave as a semiconductor over the whole range of temperature (from 300 K up to 1273K) and applied field with frequency up to 5 MHz.
