Abstract:
AbstractThe incidence of Candida albicans infections has increased significantly over the past two decades. The isolated yeast were identified according to gross morphology microscopic examination. Conventional methods of identification of yeasts germ tube, sugar assimilation, chlamydospone production tests and the growth in methyl blue media which was specificUsing different concentrations of Nacl and Kcl , it was showed that when the concentrations increased the growth of Candida albicans decreased .there was clear difference in cell component and its structure when treated with essential oils (Lemon)and antifungal (Fluconazole) under electron microscopic. Also Protein bands treating C.albicans strains to compare between the effect of fluconazole and lemon oil on the structure of cell component were performed.
