Abstract:
Wheat straw was converted, at relatively low temperature of about 300-degrees-C and in presence of hydrogen atmosphere, into a liquid of about 80\%. The conversion process was carried out with and without catalyst. The used catalyst was molecular sieve 5 angstrom. In each case the produced liquid was investigated by chromotographic and IR analyses.
