Abstract:
Bacterial samples (250) were collected during the period from June 2007 to september 2009 from Mansoura University Hospital, Emergensy Hospital and Pediateric Hospital, from different ages of males and females ranges from 1-75 years old. Bacterial isolateThe most relative frequency of Gram negative isolates were Klebsiella pneummoniae 23.8 % , followed by E.coli 23.1 %, Proteus mirabilis 17.5 %, Psedeumonos aeruginosa 11.2 % , Klebsiella oxytoca 9.4 % , Proteus vulgaris 9.4 % and Citrobacter spp 5.6 % werThe highest value of phenol coefficient were obtained after treated Staphylococcus aureus and Klepsiella penumoniae with chlorox which gave ratio 7.1 and 7.8 respectively and the lowest phenol coefficient were obtained by ethanol which gave 0.51 and 0.49 Plasmid profile was performed for 12 isolates of Staphylococcus aureus which resistant to augmintin , cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin, trimethoprim+sulphamethozole, unasyn and ampicillin. The highest band in plasmid profile appeared at 9.410 kbp and the lowest
