This thesis is devoted to study the numerical solutions of certain classes of singular and non-singular integral equations.We have studied the following:The applicability of Chebyshev polynomials method for the solution of singular integral equations and Fredholm integral equations.The numerical solution of hypersingular integral equations by using Chebyshev polynomials and nonlinear integralequations by using shifted Chebyshev polynomials.The applicability of Sinc-collocation method for solving certain class of Fredholm integral equations.
