Abstract:
Electrical properties including conductivity of mordant blue with some divalent transition metals, such as Mn2+, Fe2+, Ni2+ and Cu2+ have been measured at temperatures in the range 300-600 K. For all specimens the conduction energy gap is close to 0.1 eV and the mobility ratio is close to unity. All the Seebeck coefficients of investigated compounds are positive.
