Abstract:
Ferrites are materials with unique characteristics. Ferrites have magnetic properties. In addition, ferrites behave as semiconductors. For such significance, ferrites have been launched in many technological applications. Among these applications, transfoRecently, ferrites have been synthesized in nanocrystallite form. Nanoferrites have potential applications in micro electronics, biomedical and AC/DC converter, etc…Spinel ferrites have special structure where the metal ions occupy two sub-lattices, the tetrahedral (A) sites and octahedral (B) sites. According to the distribution of the ions among these sites, the physical properties of the ferrite can be adjusted. OThere are several techniques that recognized to synthesize nanoferrites as sol-gel, coprecipitation, combustion and precursor.Mn-Zn ferrite is one of the most important and interesting ferrite. It belongs to the group of soft ferrite material
