Abstract:
Tissue culture technique (In vito selection) used select soybean (Glycine max L)callus line resistant to with disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum F.SPP Glycin metabolites. By using three different concentrations of the combination between auxins”NAA” andinitiation and maintenance of callus as well as selection process was carried out on Murashig and Skoog. (1962) Ms supplemented with 5.0mg/I Na[hthalene-acetic acid(NAA)and0.5 mg/I 6-Benzylamino purine(6-BAP)From the soybean cotyledonary leaf. The selecteThe sclected line grew better than the non-selected one at all used concentrations of metabolite. Fresh and bry weights increased more in the selected line than non-selected one. Mono-saccharides increased accompanied with increasing in the concentrations
