Synthesis And Biological Activity Of Some New Heterocyclic Compounds from Dioxofuran And Alpha Dicarbonyl

The synthesis of furopeteridine 12 was achieved by reaction of 3 with diaminouracil 10. The synthesis of furotriazine 14a,b from compound 3was also described. Condensation of 3 with phenylhydrazine resulted inring transformation affording pyrazole derivative 16.~Then we study the effect of synthetic compounds furandiones 3furopeteridine 12, oxofurotriazne 14a, thioxofurotriazine derivative 14b and pyrazole derivatives 16 against 4th instar larvae under laboratory condition.Then the biochemical response to synthetic compounds were applied on 4th instant larvae of s. littoralis.The biochemical response expressed as total soluble protein, Glutamic oxalacetic transaminases GOT, GPT, carbohydrate hydrolyzing enzyme activities (amylase, invertase and trehalase), oc and B-esterase were assessed using the same synthetic compound used
