Abstract:
Chloroform is considered as rodent liver carcinogen that act via a non-genotoxic mechanism. The mode of action of chloroform in rodent liver involved cytotoxicity that induced cell proliferation and causes hypomethylation of DNA associated with increased HpaII and MspI digested DNA and likewise, under light microscope appeared malignant cells with polymorphic nuclei, and sever displasia appeared under light microscope with necrosis in moderate dose, ALT and albumin serum level was also measured as a bioma
