Abstract:

The remarked saturated thickness varies from 63.5 m in the well at Mit Habib to 80 m in the well of El Sharkia Governorate is the most central part of the east Nile Delta area with a widespread flat surfConcerning the hydrogeological studies on the principle Pleistocene aquifer in the area of study, The results of continuous , step pumping and recovery tests that have been carried out on 6 new productive drilled wells prove that the aquifer is characteriAccording to the chemical contents, the connecting points between the surface water and the groundwater and the areas of not recharge could be remarked.
