Abstract:
In our research, we designed to through somelight on the possibility of characterization, purification of chitosanase enzyme from a high potent procedure, which includes the following steps:1- Isolation of chitosanolytic actinomycetes from different localities of cultivated soil at Sharkia Governorate.2- Purification and maintenance of actinomycete isolates.3- Screening of actinomycete isolates for their chitosanase productivity under shaking conditions.4- Identification of the most potent chitosanolytic isolates, according to morphological , physiological and cultural properties of isolates.5- Studying the environmental and nutritional factors affecting chitosanase production by the most potent isolate.6-Purification of chitosanase(s) produced by the most active organism.7- Amino acid analysis of the purified-chitosanase(s) enzyme.8- Studying the factors affecting activity of purified-chitosanase(s) enzyme.9- Examining the antifungal activity of purified- chitosanase(s) enzyme.
